Chevron was designed by Zaha Hadid as part of a project for a residential building adjacent to the High Line Park in New York City.
The sculptural elements that characterize the building's façade are also incorporated into the handle.
 
In addition to the design, the large grooves that run the entire length of the handle make it lightweight and ergonomically balanced.
